We offer a wide range of premium pet food and treats plus essential tick and flea treatments, all available through our convenient repeat order service. This makes it easy to plan ahead and ensure you never run out.

 

How It Works:

 

Getting Started is Simple: All of our pet food items are available to browse directly in the shop. Just select what you need and order montly OR request scheduled monthly deliveries and become a Monthly Pet Care Plan Member at no cost.

 

Ordering and Confirmation:

 

Online Orders: When you place your order through the shop, you’ll receive your invoice immediately.

 

WhatsApp Orders: If you prefer to order via WhatsApp, our team will personally generate your invoice within 24 hours.

 

Monthly Care Plan Members: Your care plan remains flexible! We confirm your order details each month before finalizing your invoice, ensuring the service easily adapts to your pet’s changing needs.

 

Payment confirms your care plan. All monthly repeat orders must be confirmed and processed by the 26th of each month.

 

Delivery:

 

Nationwide Delivery: We deliver across the country, with orders arriving in the first week of each month in and around Mossel Bay. Delivery times via Courier Guy may vary.
